Initial Advisory Session Terms & Conditions
Before confirming your strategic intake booking and completing your harc fee clearance, please read our B2B engagement boundaries below.
01. Scoping Objectives & Limitations
The "Initial Advisory Session" is a structured 30-minute preliminary consultation designed to map the strategic, regulatory, and incentive parameters of your planned investment in Türkiye. It does not constitute a guaranteed approval from sovereign ministries. The Ministry of Industry and Technology and related authorities maintain absolute, sovereign jurisdiction over all grant approvals and entity clearances.
02. Intake Harc Processing Fee
The intake and session fee is set at €150.00. This fee covers the structured review of your submitted dossier parameters by our Case Intake Agent (AI) and scoping team, the formulation of your analytical executive brief, and the allocation of a 30-minute consultation slot with our managing partner.
03. Rescheduling & Cancellation Boundaries
You may reschedule your confirmed slot up to 24 hours prior to the session time directly via your Google Calendar invitation. Cancellations submitted with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to join the scheduled Google Meet coordinate, are non-refundable due to pre-allocated scoping time and analytical preparations.
04. No Legal or Tax Guarantee
All views, timeline parameters, and regulatory projections shared during the session represent strategic advisory recommendations and do not constitute formal legal opinions or licensed public accounting audits. Formal tescil and filing representations are coordinated in coordination with our registered partner networks.
